I moved from having a very cheap eBay cue to a hand made softer feeling cue quite a while back. I have recently changed again, as needed a slightly shorter cue.
The new cue feels much better to cue with, but, the shaft seems much 'softer' or less solid compared to the very old cue. I took that out today and realised the difference in power I can generate. With the new cue, the weight is much less also, and I have to force the stun shots, and the stun-run feels impossible. With the old (and now warped) cue the movement is so much easier.. Should I persevere, or look for a harder wood and change cues again?
